Refund & Return Policy

Every garment at Diveya Sandela is crafted with care and attention. Our policies ensure fairness while maintaining the quality of our premium collections.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only if the delivered item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and packaging should be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or made-to-measure outfits
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage by the customer

Refund Process

If your return is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed.

  • Refund initiation takes 7 to 10 working days.
  • Refund is credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacement

If the correct product is in stock, we will arrange a replacement. If not, a refund will be initiated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Custom-made orders cannot be canceled once production starts.

Failed Delivery

If an order returns due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts:

  • Reshipping charges will apply.
  • Delay in delivery may occur.
